Never arrived,was supposed to arrive august 4-7 and it is now august 27th and it hasn’t moved since august 6th

I never received my order. I contacted the seller and they never responded! My order said insufficient address and returned to sender! I never had a problem with my address since i have been ordering from aliexpress.
